The T file extension is an extension that identifies a notepad text file which may have been generated by the German version of the basic word processing utility bundled for free with German version of Microsoft windows. Extension T is used to save files created by notepad. Therefore notepad is a common text only which also referred to as plain text editor. Extension T files have no format tags or styles and thus this makes the program suitable for editing system files that are to be used in DOS environment.
